Hi everyone. With the coming weather I’m expecting there to be some drops, which have already started. I just bought 80lbs of salt that says it’s good down to 0 degrees, so the pads will be cleared. I’m hoping to salt them Friday before it gets bad and then again before the round Saturday. I won’t sugar coat it, the conditions will be pretty brutal and not for the faint of heart. The high is only 10 for the day with wind gusts over 40mph. We’ll have at least one hop ... more

I woke up this morning with 30ish people registered. Got like 8 drop notifications and we had 6 brave souls who managed to actually show up. Thanks to those that made it and a special thanks to Cory and Scotty for the help with the pads and tarps. Despite the conditions discs were thrown, fun was had, and a tradition carries on. It really wasn’t bad being out there and am glad to of had the experience. Merry Christmas everyone! Hope to see you all there next year!

Sorry to be that guy, not going to make it this year. Stay safe and warm to those that do.

Sorry...just a little too cold for us old folks- maybe we can catch it next year!

You fine folks who were special enough to sign up in the last 48 hours are my heroes. The rest of us were in before we knew what we were getting into. You guys saw the forecast, decided to spit in Old Man Winter’s face, and said sign me up for that ****. You’re my people! I’ll be heading out to give the pads some TLC this afternoon. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

Please put me and Calvin Roby on the same card.

With the potential storm coming in, if it doesn’t get canceled, will the tee pads be salted?
Yes the pads will be salted. My plan is to salt them Friday before the snow and then again Saturday morning before the round. The event won’t be canceled due to weather. It’s going to be blustery for sure,. So if you dare brave the conditions you better bundle up.

Just a week away! Everyone please remember to WRAP your disc golf gift for the exchange. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone!

Hi there! How far is the water carry on hole 3?
Maybe like 150-175’. If you’re concerned about losing a disc you can always advance to the short pad and take a stroke. So you would just be throwing 2 from the short pad.
