Registration & Payout Details:
$25 entry fee
Fee Breakdown: $5 Tournament Fees ($3 to park and bathroom rental, $2 PDGA fees), $1 Ace pot, $2 series finale event/payouts, $17 payouts.
Registration will open on Discgolfscene one week before the event. There will be a 90 player cap.
Ace pool currently at $413 before the start of this tournament.
50/50 Cash CTPs available as add ons when you register. $2 will go towards the Series Finale Event

Payouts:
-Pros paid in cash.
-Ams paid in Great Lakes Disc vouchers to use on their online store.


Scoring/Start Time:
-PDGA Live scoring will be utilized for this event.
-Flex starts from 8AM - 1PM

Optional White Elephant Gift Exchange After The Tournament
Details: If you want to participate, select this option at registration. I am setting a $15 gift limit for everyone participating. Here's how a White Elephant exchange works if you've never done one before:
1. Each player brings one wrapped gift to contribute to a common pool
2. Players draw numbers to determine what order they will go in
3. Players sit in a circle or line where they can see the gift pile
4. The first player selects a gift from the pool, but DOES NOT open the gift yet
5. Each gift can be chosen a maximum of 3 times, this includes the original selection of the gift and then 2 chances for someone in the group to "steal" the gift. Once the gift has been chosen 3 times it cannot be selected anymore.
6. Once everyone in the group has a gift, we will open them at the same time.






This is a 2024 Holiday C-eries 1.5 POINT MULTIPLIER Event.
Point system:
-2 points for playing, and 1 point for each person you tie or beat in your division.
-This is 1 of the 3 shotgun events that will count as a 1.5 point multiplier for divisional points.
-Any player that plays in all 8 events will receive an extra 5 bonus points before the finale.
-If you are forced to move divisions during the season due to a rating update, your divisional points will NOT transfer to the new division, only your attendance points will transfer.

Ashley Pickett is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
All registrants that cannot attend and request a refund will receive 100% of their entry fee back minus the $3 fee to rent the park and portable bathroom for the day.
