Tournament refund / cancellation policy The CSF Organizing Committee is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will adhere to section 1.03 "Withdrawals and Refunds" from the PDGA Competition Manual. There are no refunds for sponsorship items. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
