Where is the REC tee for 15

Greg Kaler   November 6, 2021 at 3:39am

It's about 50 feet in front of the regular tee and slightly to the left.

I need to know about wait list as well. 3 hour drive to get there. If it's not likely please let me know soon.

Sorry. Doesn't look like you will get in. You were very close though. I will issue a refund.

Vincent Boyd    November 5, 2021 at 10:40pm

When can we expect to find something about those on the waiting list? Otherwise I’m going to make other arrangements. It’s about an hour and a half drive for me

I saw your request for a refund. Sorry it didn't work out.

Brett Wright    November 4, 2021 at 4:48am

Any idea if the 19th hole is going to be used for the extra people on the waitlist for this tournament? Thanks

You are now number one on the waiting list. I'm pretty sure you'll be in anyway. I'll notify you as soon as I know.

90 player cap is standard. Technically you could make the argument for 95 because there are 19 holes. But 5 player cards are the max. 4 players is more ideal. 5 players x 18 holes = 90 player cap

Oh okay thank you!

James Bryant    September 22, 2021 at 8:43pm

Just curious , why is there a 90 player cap on this tournament?

Recreational - available to amateur players of all ages with player ratings < 900. For players who have played 1-2 years and are gaining consistency and experience. Throw 200-300 feet, make 4-6/10 putts from 20 feet, learning different shots

This is why rec tees are used. Go to intermediate if you want to play off of the concrete tee pads.

I accidentally registered under Rec instead of Intermediate. Can I change it somehow? Or do I have to cancel then re-register.

Joel Grant   October 29, 2021 at 8:31pm

Email Greg he can move your division No problem!

Rick Daughtry    September 5, 2021 at 12:05am

Just curious but what’s the reasoning behind it

Reasoning behind what Rick?

John Byrne   September 11, 2021 at 1:58am

Asked Rick and he said he was wondering reason behind short tees for rec and even novice.

Greg Kaler   September 15, 2021 at 12:25am

Rec and Novice often have shorter tees to allow them a better experience. We may have less than the last tournament however. The last tournament had a huge amount of recs and novice players. It was a first tournament for many players as well.

Will this tournament absolutley use short concrete tees for lower classes? Last Chautauqua tourney used flagged super short tees for Rec down on several holes.

Greg Kaler   August 19, 2021 at 2:08pm

Yes, we plan to use temporary dirt/grass tee pads for Rec/Novice. If you want to use all concrete pads, you should play intermediate.

John Byrne   August 20, 2021 at 8:18pm

Hate to hear that.
