$50 per division
$2 to the PDGA (included in entry)
Pro divisions will be paid through PayPal
All am players will receive a players pack. Merchandise payout from the DD RV for am divisions. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO COLLECT AM PAYOUT.
Layout- On UDisc as Chasin the Chains
OB/Rules
1. Mando right of bridge, retee if missed. On or beyond sidewalk OB. Creek is OB
2. Creek or beyond on right OB and sidewalk and beyond on left OB
3. Impound lot on right OB (do not retrieve disc! It is gone). Sidewalk and beyond on left OB
4. Impound lot on right OB (do not retrieve disc! It is gone).
5. Creek and beyond on left is OB
6. Creek and beyond on left is OB
7. Creek and beyond on left is OB
8. No OB
9. Mando under bent tree in front of tee box. Creek and beyond is OB
10. Creek and beyond is OB. Please watch for people on next box before teeing off.
11. OB flagged between 11 and 13 fairway. Mando marked on left. If OB before Mando, play where it went out. If Mando missed, throw with one stroke penalty from Drop Zone flagged right next to Mando.
12. Creek and beyond OB
13. OB flagged between 13 and 11 fairways.
14. Mando left of marked tree. If missed retee

17. Do not approach basket from trail where flagged for erosion control

All PDGA and state social distance practices will be In effect. Stay 6ft away from each other. If you need to congregate you must wear a mask.
Important changes to our safety protocol:
- Cash and credit cards will be accepted. You may also pay through Venmo or PayPal. If you cannot pay via the friends and family option through PayPal, then please choose a different option.
- PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN WATER. FILL YOUR WATER BOTTLES BEFORE YOU GET TO THE COURSE.
- We will not be handing out physical scorecards. We will have live scoring set up through the tournament manager. Here are the details:
Divisions must have 3 players outside of womens divisions. If you don’t have 3 you will be moved to the next available division you qualify for.
PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD FOR Chasin the Chains at Aviary
We will be using digital scorecards for this event. if you would like to review and research this method, please follow this link: https://www.pdga.com/help/tournament-management/official-hole-scoring
The ACCESS CODE for the event scoring is CTC. It is not case sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring you will need to go to the following link: www.pdga.com/score.
1. You will be prompted to enter the Access Code and press the Submit button.
2. Search for your name. You can search by typing in part of your name or PDGA Number. Once your name appears, you select it and confirm. This person is now the “scorekeeper”.
3. You will be prompted to select the round for which you are currently playing.
4. The scoring screen will load with your name. The default starting hole is hole 1, so be sure to choose the correct starting hole if for some reason hole 1 is not where the group is starting (e.g. shotgun start).
5. Scores for each player will be automatically defaulted to whatever the par is for the hole that is being scored. The player can use the plus or minus buttons to add or remove strokes. When all players have the correct scores, clicking Save & Continue will upload the scores and the page will automatically reload on the hole that follows.
6. The teeing order is indicated by a number presented to the left of each player's name.
If players are having issues with live scoring, they are welcome to use UDisc. It is encouraged as a backup anyway. Players need to make sure they verify all scores with the entire group before showing the TD onsite!
Please make sure you are setting a good example for everyone.
Rolling Ace Pot is optional. If an ace is not hit it carries over to the next Chasin the Chains sanctioned event. If the Ace is hit players with aces that paid in will split 80% of the ace pot. This always allows us to have added money in the acepot.

Players meeting:9:15 (short players meeting to go over live scoring and OB)
First round shotgun at 9:30
Lunch 1 hour after last card
Lunch will not be provided. Consider bringing lunch or finding somewhere close
Second round : tbd
No Trophies or awards ceremony
Merchandise payout to follow second round.
