The great disc golf companies of Charlotte are coming together to present The Charlotte Charity Classic. For a couple of years now we have wanted to put on an incredible tournament and experience in support of various charities. We are finally able to do it this year.

The best disc golf companies and minds in the area will be working together to make this special. this includes:

We are extremely grateful for the 3 major companies currently sponsoring the event with incredible donations to the player packs and they will also have a designated course. Also, we are doing custom dry fits for all players courtesy of Action Advertising.

The CCC will be a 2-day X/C tier. There will be a shotgun start each day with players playing one course per day. The entry fee for all divisions will be $50. With that entry fee ALL players (including Open) will be receiving a tournament shirt. All Amateurs will be receiving a player's pack consisting of MULTIPLE custom discs. There will be payout for the open divisions. As of now we have Innova, Discraft & Prodigy each providing a custom disc to the player's pack. We know that list will continue to grow. As more sponsors come on board the player's pack will grow.

We will have a huge raffle during the event. We currently have donations from:

ALL funds raised will be going directly to charity including contributions to: The Paul McBeth Foundation, Throw Pink, Team Focus Disc Golf , Second Harvest Food Bank & The Ulibarri Leadership Foundation. Not a single dime of the entry fee will be going to us. We want all funds going directly to the players and the charities.

Team Focus Disc Golf appreciates any disc donation to help with the each kids clinic and event. Please bring your unwanted discs to donate for the kid clinics to any tournament central for this event. They have over 200 kids each year and they offer discs to all of them.

We expect this event to grow into one of the biggest events on the east coast and we are going to continue to work with every single company we can to add to the player's pack and tournament experience. There will be a raffle (possibly the biggest you have ever seen), multiple basket tosses and rings of fire, ctps on many holes, Touring Pro player clinics, and a player party!

P.S. this is an XC tier charity event. PDGA member fee and the $10 nonmember fee will still be charged but those funds will be donated directly to the various charities.
