THANK YOU to everyone for coming out to this event and making it such a fantastic day. Just so you know, I am stalling a bit to send the "wrap up" email so that I can include the link for 2021 course memberships. For those waiting on CTP results, prize collection info, etc. that will all be included as well.
Spoiler alert: one of the options for prize pickup will be in person pick-up AT Chikumbuso DGC, and yes, you will be able to stay and play and extra round while you're there :) Two prizes in one, if you ask me!

Good Morning! I got an email saying I made it off the waitlist but when I went to sign up for CTP, pick shirt size, and T time it says none available. Am I all set?
I already out you on the 9:30 tee time, as that is where there was an opening. Don’t worry about shirt size, they’ve been ordered (with extras), and if you’d like to pay for CTP and/or Ace Pot, just PayPal $5 ($10 for both) to [email redacted] & select Friends and Family so you don’t get charged. This way you won’t have to pay more DGScene fees also.

Trying to update my registration to include ctp and ace but it wants to change my time to 8:30 am is there a way I can do this without changing my time
It’s been weird about the tee times for some reason. I changed everything for you. You might have gotten an email to submit payment. If not, just submit $10 to [email redacted] on PayPal. Select “Friends & Family” so now fees are collected.

Is there going to be a check in for players in the tournament? Or do players show up and report for their tee time?
Quick check in just to let us know you’re here and get your player pack. Parking is a short walk from the course so you’ll be directed where to go when you arrive.

Is there a way to get in practice rounds?
The owners are still in the process of determining how to open up the course to more players without making it “public”. A big factor in this event is to get people on the course in anticipation of future membership opportunities. For the time being, it’s just friends and family as far I know.

ATTN WAITLIST:
-First, apologies if you logged in right at 7 and still couldn't get in. I knew with a low registration size and this new process of chosen tee times, it would be a little crazy, and boy did that hold true! This will NOT be the last event at Chikumbuso, and if you don't end up able to squeeze in this time, I will see what can be done about getting you first shot on the next one. Appreciate you all!
-I've done quite a bit of legwork this evening, and I've ...

Glad I got in ... looking forward to a great day

Cory Kelly, Erik Larsen and Myself are together at 2pm and would like to stay intact incase we have to edit the tee time since we have 6/4 spots for 2pm lol
I'll tell y'all what. I think I'm going to split the 6some into two cards, one for 1:50 and one for 2:10. I know folks on the cards in front and behind and I think pace of play should work out ok. This can be a "trial run" to see if 20 minute tee times is feasible for the ... more
(There will be stewards there to manage this - that won't be on you!)
Thanks for coming!
