About this tournament
Chains and Grains BYOP Doubles is back. If you haven't been part of all the fun that is Chains and Grains here is the run down.
Chains and Grains is a one round doubles tournament followed by a homebrew beer festival/competition at 3 Creeks. For the disc golf tournament we will have a bunch of CTPs and prizes for the top players of their divisions. After everyone finishes their round we move into the beer festival. Everyone has the opportunity to try all of the different beers that are provided and vote for their favorites. If you are a homebrewer and are interested in entering a beer into the competition please reach out to Greg - 443-350-5048. Once everyone has had a chance to vote on the beers the winner is announced and prizes are handed out.
This year Chains and Grains will be starting at 1pm, why is that you may ask. Well that is because we will be combining Chains and Grains with the King and Queen of CCDG. If you don't know, King and Queen of CCDG is our appreciation tournament for those that have CCDG tags. So if you are part of King and Queen once you are done your lunch we will be moving into Chains and Grains. For those of you that aren't part of King and Queen just show up around noon. If you want lunch we will have lunch for sale. We will also have the taps open so if you want you can get a head start on sampling the beers.
A portion of the money that is raised from this tournament will be given to a local charity.
If you want to be part of the disc golf tournament but you do not have a partner you can still sign up, we will find a partner for you.
Everyone that registers will receive a custom glass, use it to drink the homebrew that you’ll find in kegs on the course.
The first 40 people that sign up will receive a custom stamped disc.
We will have an Ace Pot and Mulligans for sale.
We are still figuring out some other details so I will update this as we get closer to the day of the event.
