Mike Sunderland For C pool, hole 3 to the island. In practice, I stuck one into the bank. About 20% in the water. The rules to some other holes say OB is “surrounded by water”. Hole 3 doesn’t have that language. What would be the ruling? Sep 19

Jonny smith Sep 19 If nothing is specified then normal OB rules, anything surrounded by water would be out of bounds. If any portion of the disc is dry, then in bounds.
