This year's event is a sanctioned two-round, two-day, tee-time X-C Tier fundraiser to support the Dementia Alliance in partnership with Sneaky Penguin Brewing, and CADL Inc.

TEE TIMES:
First group will tee at 8:30am, with tee times running every 10 minutes. The last possible tee time if the event fills will be 3:00pm. Divisions will tee in the following order: MA40, MA60, FA40, FA60, MA4, FA4, MA3, FA3, MA2, FA2, MA1, FA1, MP40, MP60, FP40, FP60, MPO, FPO. (May be adjusted based on final registration).

$50 entry, all divisions

PRO: 85% of Net Entry will go towards payouts
AMS: Players Pack includes a Custom Tournament Stamped Disc, and a Custom Athletic Dry-Fit Shirt worth at minimum 85% of Net Entry Fees.

TO RECEIVE THE CUSTOM PLAYERS PACK ABOVE - AMS - PLEASE REGISTER BY MARCH 11, 2025........ Registrations received after that date are not guaranteed to receive custom items, but will receive a player's pack of equal value.

Any funds collected and not required for Pro/Am payout, course rental, insurance, sanctioning, or trophies will be donated to the Dementia Alliance. The TDs and CADL Inc. are not receiving any income for this event.

TROPHIES:
Divisions with 4 or less players will receive a trophy for 1st place only.
Divisions with 5-12 players will receive trophies for 1st, 2nd only
Divisions with 13+ players will receive trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
(PRO AND AMS will receive trophies)

Divisions will be condensed at the end of the day on March 11, 2025 for trophies

LAYOUT:
OG11 will be the starting hole BOTH DAYS. This is to prevent the 10/11 backup. We will be using the OG hole #s for this event. Hole 7 will use the short pad as a DZ. Hole 8 will not be used. The temp hole will be used instead. Here are the pin/pad locations for all divisions both days:

11, 12, 13, Temp Hole by Restrooms, 14, 15, 16 (Right), 17 (Right), 18 (Par 4), 1, 2 (Long Pin), 3, 4, 5, 6 (Par 4), 7 (Long Pad), 9 (Right Pin), 10 (Par 4)

COURSE CLOSURE:
The course will be closed for casual play BOTH Saturday and Sunday. We have rented the facilities in partnership with Raleigh Parks and Recreation.

PLAYERS PARTY & CHECK-IN:
Friday, April 4th - Sneaky Penguin Brewery is hosting a Player's Party from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and CADL staff will be there with raffle items, and player's packs. We encourage everyone to join us in supporting our event sponsor!

In addition, Sneaky Penguin will be onsite at CHC on Saturday from 10am - 6pm with select beverages and merchandise for sale (PENDING parks approval). Must be 21+ years of age to consume alcohol at the event.

A final event budget will be published after CHC, showing in detail how much was raised for the Dementia Alliance through tournament entry, and sponsorships.
