Good morning!  Here is all of the information you need to know for This Sunday's event!!!

Weather
Stupid snow.  Teepads and sides will be cleared by Sunday am; with good sunshine pads should be clean and any snow melted by Sunday.  Temps 25-35 with winds 5-15 all day.

Layout

*****NEW FOR 2024!!! All players must keep score!  The easiest way is through the PDGA app; if you don't think your phone will last the round or prefer, I will have paper scorecards available.  PDGA App or UDISC or similar will also work.  If you do NOT use the App, please submit scorecard to TD's within 30 minutes of the completion of your round.  If you use the app, you must make sure you hit submit to finalize scoring on the app-failure to do so is similar to not handing in a scorecard, and would receive a 2 stroke penalty.

Event Fees/Payouts
All Players will receive a Burger and a beer/beverage as a part of their entry fee.  Please grab your voucher for this from us either when you check in or after your round.  The Tavern is normally open 11-4 on Sundays.  We have tee times until 2:15.  For later players, I strongly encourage you to use your meal voucher before your round as I cannot guarantee the kitchen will remain open after the later tee times.  

 Payouts will be processed as divisions finish up.  Open players will receive payouts via paypal or cash (arrange with Dan); Ams will receive payouts from us; we will be setup on site on Sunday; any payouts not used on Sunday can be redeemed through me at a future date.

Check-in:
Not required, but if there are any updates to the layout, we will let you know upon check-in.

Can you clarify the two different ace pools? Is one bonus ace and the other a normal ace pool?

Is there a way to expose tee times? Trying to get a group together and want to make sure everyone registered for the same time.
