Hey Dan- my Sunday plans fell through. Since my name and tee time are still listed, can I just pay you and play this event as well as the one on the 31st?

On my way out to install the teepads today-then the course will be playable! Baskets and signs have already been installed.
Tee signs will be updated with this years redesign: UDisc is more accurate.

Just saw your post in the TCDG page, and it says the course is playable after the event on Sunday. Is that the case? Or is it open now, and I can get a practice round in on Friday?

The workers would say it's not open until Sunday, so I gotta say the same thing. If you walked it, I'd say they wouldn't care, if you were throwing, they may say something. They almost had me postpone again because the ground is still soft- so I don't want to piss them off if that makes sense.

Due to the warmer than average November, the Green Haven Golf Course has remained open.
Therefore, The Cedars at Green Haven Disc Golf Course will not be installed in time for the event on 11/19.
We have rescheduled the date to Sunday 11/26.
IF you'd like to keep your tee time for the new date-you are all set and we need nothing from you.
IF you are unable to play that day, we have three options.
--I can transfer your registration to a different event (Black Friday at Coon ...

All divisions will play the long tees for this November event.
IF THE COURSE IS NOT INSTALLED IN TIME.. The event will be moved, tentatively to the following Sunday, 11/26.

What is the refund policy? If moved to the following Sunday, I may be out of town for the holiday weekend.

If it is moved to 11/26; players have the choice to receive a full refund or have their registration transferred to the 11/26 date or a future date (12/31 or 2/18)

I will be handling payouts for this event---The majority of discs will be from previous events I've ran-I do have a lot of new stock stamp discs available as well. If there's something you're looking for for a potential payout, please comment below!
