Registration for first division. There will NOT be a players meeting.
8:00am - 10:00am
Tee times for all divisions. Check your email prior to coming out to the tournament for tee times. Walk ups MUST show up 1/2 hour prior to first tee time for the division you want to play in.
11:00am - 1:00pm
Approximate tee times for the second round. Tee times for the second round for a particular division will be 45 minutes AFTER the last card of that division is turned in.
1:00pm - 4:30pm
Approximate times for the end of the second round. Trophies and raffle prizes will be handed out after all cards for a division are turned in. Ace pot will be paid after the end of the event electronically either via PayPal or Venmo.

TEE TIMES - Because of the pandemic and in an effort to minimize all of us gathering in one spot for long periods we are utilizing tee times. Each division will be assigned a registration time. Then once all cards for that division are turned in there will be a 45 minute break before they tee off again for the second round. After all cards for a particular division are turned in trophies will be handed out and payouts calculated.
PLAYERS PACK - Going to be gift certificates to a local business that is suffering due to shuttering our economy. There will be some other items and lots of raffle prizes for both days of the event.

Tourney Notes - IMPORTANT!
- Only ties for first place in each division will have playoffs. Playoffs will start on hole 1.
- There will not be a 2 meter rule. Why? Because the rule is so dumb the PDGA made it optional.
- There will be two separate ace pots - one for Saturday and one for Sunday. Ace pot payout will be split evenly based on the total number of aces throughout both rounds. If there is no ace during the day of the tournament then whoever has the CTP on a designated hole will win the ace pot. If there are multiple aces during the throw-off the pot will be split.
- Tournament central will NOT be at the pavilion by the pond but at the North pavilion next to the main entrance.
- Payouts will be electronic gift certificates to Disc Golf Center.
Trophies!
- Trophies are being made by a volunteer and they take a long time to make. Understand that if you put together a new division less than two weeks prior to the event there will likely NOT be a trophy for you to pick up. If no trophies are available for these late formed divisions we will do everything we can to get them shipped to you - NO GUARANTEES.
