About this tournament

The sixth annual Catalpa Open - showcasing Sand Ridge Disc Golf course at Lake Township Park in Bridgman Michigan.

This is a 18 hole - 2 round tournament. There will not be a in-person players meeting. Instead, a Google document will be shared with all players which will cover player meeting items.

Details for this event may change between now and the event so be sure to read this just before coming out to the tournament for the latest information.

PLAYERS PACK: TBD

PAYOUTS: All payouts will be processed by Momentary Bliss Discs.

ROCKET BASKET: If you purchase one of the special discs ($10), you will get a chance to try to land that disc into a rocket powered basket. If you land in the basket, you will win some money. (Money Amount to be announced). You can a disc with your registration, or you can purchase them at the event.

Refund policy

Chandlee Events LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. See PDGA Refund eligibility guidelines for refund eligibility timeline.

Refunds requested prior to 19-MAY-2023: player will receive a full monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $10 Processing Fee).

Refunds requested between 20-MAY-2023 through 3-JUNE-2023 player will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $10 handling fee) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $10 Processing Fee).

Refunds requested on or after 4-JUN-2023 player will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $10 handling fee) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive a 25% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $10 Processing Fee).

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player.
