Carolina Conference Showdown At Camp Monroe (College Disc Golf Event)

Camp Monroe is proud to present the 2025 Carolina Conference Showdown! It will be hosted this year at Camp Monroe in Laurel Hill NC, Camp Monroe is a summer camp for kids that serves over 1800 campers per summer.

Designed by Gene Joiner, Camp Monroe has 2 courses on site. Dogwood Course is a open layout on main campus with a variety of shots needed for the Par 59 scorable layout. Nestled in the Pines and Dogwood trees on site this is a great scorable course.

The Magnolia Course is played through the old growth trees, it is a Heavily Wooded technical course Par 60. The course is going to test you range of shots.

This Event is a 2 day 3 round event. Trophy Only.

This event is a Conference Event open to all full or part time college students with active College Disc Golf memberships. This will be a great final warm up before going to the 2025 College Disc Golf National Championships in Rock Hill, SC.

During registration, you will have the opportunity to select which specific division you are looking for your program to compete in.
MA1 Top Men's Team-D1
FA 1 Top Women's Team
MA2 Men's Teams-D2 & D3

$150 total for a 4 person Mixed team.
$75 total for a 2 person Women's team.

You must register all 4 players for the event at the time of registration. No placeholders allowed (except for DI Women's teams - you'll need to add 2 placeholders as DGS won't allow for just teams of 2). At this time, all teams must have a full team to compete in this event. Please reach out to the TD directly if you only have a team of 3 and would like to be added to a wait list. If the event does not fill, teams of 3 will be added if it fits within the 144 player cap.

You may bring unlimited Mixed teams and an unlimited Women's teams to this event.

***Lodging: Free to the 1st 10 teams to sign up. Friday - Sunday (2 nights/3 days)

To help offset the teams cost, Camp will be providing as part of the player pack free Cabin Lodging for teams. Cabins are basic cabins with twin size bunk beds. 14 beds per cabin.
We have 10 available to the 1st 10 men's teams.

The women's teams will share 2 cabins.

Each team is responsible for their own bedding and towels.

College Players that do not have a full team may still sign up and compete in Saturday's Singles Round.

We will be using Udisc. For more information on the team format if you are unfamiliar. Please visit College Disc for information. A more detailed email will go out to registrants closer to date.

College Disc Golf Compliance:
ALL players must be properly rostered with College Disc Golf and have an active PDGA and CDG Season membership PRIOR to competing at this event. Please contact [email redacted] if you have specific compliance questions.
