    7:15am - 8:30am

    check in and players pack pick up at tournament central
    (Crestview Shelterhouse) in the parking lot of Crestview West Disc Golf course.

    9:15am - 11:45am

    Round 1 shotgun start at 9:00am sharp.

    12:45pm - 3:15pm

    Round 2 Approximate start time, actual time will be 1 hour after last card from round 1. You will play the course you didn't play in round 1.

    3:00pm - 5:00pm

    Approximate end of event. Payout will be approximately 30min after last card comes in, you can get payouts at this time or pick up at the groove shack or we can paypal the cash payouts minus any paypal fees.

About this tournament

This will be a 2-round shotgun start event, Crestview west and east. $750.00 cash added to pro divisions, $500.00 added to the MA55 Division by Walts Auto Service. This is always a fun event! Refund policy

the groove shack is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refund requests made 7 days prior to event will receive full refund minus discgolfscene or paypal fees, requests made up to 24 hours of start time will receive a 75% refund minus fees, am requests made within 24 hours of start time will only receive players pack only, (players are responsible for pick up) pro divisions receive no refund within 24 hours of start time. Players who do not properly contact me and do not show up without notice will forfeit entry fees and or player pack items. Refunds do not include any discgolfscene or paypal fees. any questions can be emailed or texted but texting is quicker and better.
