Crestview West Course Notes and OB: Par 55
(Please be cautious of pedestrians and cyclists utilizing the walking path).

Hole 1: 312 feet- Surrounded by water OB.
Hole 2: 324 feet- Mandatory left of the marked light pole. Proceed to marked drop zone with one penalty stroke if mandatory is missed off your tee shot. Baseball field is out of bounds. If you make the mandatory but your shot comes to rest out of bounds in the baseball field you will play it where it was last in bounds with one penalty stroke. If a subsequent drop zone throw comes to rest in the out of bounds baseball field you will play it where it was last in bounds with one penalty stroke.
Hole 3: 334 feet- Road and beyond OB.
Hole 4: 344 feet- Road and beyond OB. Fire station parking lot OB.
Hole 5: 458 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 6: 379 feet-
Hole 7: 329 feet-
Hole 8: 338 feet-
Hole 9: 270 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 10: 294 feet- You will be playing Hole 10 in the woods, this is down towards the creek from the shared tee pad for Hole 6 and 10 out. Surrounded by water and sidewalk and beyond are OB.
Hole 11: 306 feet-
Hole 12: 312 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 13: 370 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 14: 266 feet-
Hole 15 (Par 4): 527 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB
Hole 16: 287 feet- Sidewalk and beyond, road and beyond and hole 18’s green is OB.
Hole 17: 270 feet- Sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 18: 300 feet- If out of bounds on your tee shot you will proceed to the marked drop zone with one penalty stroke. All subsequent throws from the drop zone will be played as normal OB. You may lay up and land your tee shot on any of the grassy area directly in front of hole 18’s tee pad (same area which is shared with hole 16’s basket and hole 17’s tee pad. The grass area across the OB road in front of the tennis court is out of bounds. Hole 18’s green area is surround by a concrete path, this concrete path and the grass beyond is out of bounds.

Hole 18 (Par 4): 456 feet- Surrounded by water out of bounds. You may lay up short of the initial water carry off the tee pad. If surrounded by water on your tee shot proceed to the marked drop zone with one penalty stroke. All subsequent throws from the drop zone which come to rest surrounded by water will be played where last in bounds with one penalty stroke.
