There are going to be some changes to this weekend's schedule to adjust for the potential severe weather and dangerous course conditions.
Friday's random draw doubles event is CANCELLED. I am trying to find a venue to host early check-in on Friday night and will send an update to early check-in as soon as possible.
We will now be playing TWO rounds on Sunday. The two rounds on Sunday are for certain. We will have the first round on Saturday AFTERNOON as the forecast allows. There is the possibility that it becomes a two round tournament on Sunday, we are not going to make anyone play in poor conditions on Saturday.
NEW SCHEDULE:
Friday: Early check-in 6-8pm (Location TBD)
Saturday: Check-in 1:30-2:30 pm
Players meeting 2:40pm
Tee-time: 3:00pm
Sunday: Check-in IF Saturday gets cancelled: 8:00-9:00am
Morning Tee-time: 9:30 am
Afternoon Tee-time: 1 hour after the last card is in.
The layout of the course will also be most likely affected by the weather as well. It is likely that we will be skipping holes 15 and 16 due to flooding concerns and will play the "practice" hole A (old hole 2) and a temp hole (old hole 1 pending county approval). If we skip holes 15 and 16, you will use the walking path on 14 to take you to 17's tee pad.
We will be following the PDGA's Refund Policy for any refund requests for the event.
