We ordered a few extra shirts and also have extras from players that have dropped out, which will be available on a first come, first served basis. Can’t promise a shirt, but there are several extras available!

It’s trying to force to choose a starting hole and pay an extra 10. Also what layouts?

You can select "No" if you don't want to pick your starting hole. Both layouts will be played.
