Checking on pin positions since there are changes from the warm up. Are they correct?

So they're not in the correct position now? Hole 1 for instance is on this side of the water

Jacquelyn Rieser   June 22, 2023 at 8:19pm

Is that just because there's going to be a temp basket there?

mike penix   June 23, 2023 at 12:21am

Yes hole 1 is across the creek as it was in the warm up. Haven’t gotten permission for a permit pin location from the park yet.

I'm #3 on the waitlist for MA4. If I move to MA50 will that help my chances getting into the tournament?

It'll helps me knowing that you are willing to move to the larger field if an opening comes up. Stay where you are and if two three people drop from the larger field I'll hit you up and see if you want to transfer then. Is this ok?

Michael Middleton   June 21, 2023 at 9:06pm

Yes, I'd prefer the MA4. Probably more my skill level.

Stephen Kriner    June 21, 2023 at 12:33pm

Mike, I saw you commented that MA4 and a couple other divisions will be playing a shorter layout. Are you able to put out there what the layouts are for the different groups/divisions? I plan on going down to practice tomorrow and would be nice to practice what i am going to be playing as an MA4 player. Thanks in advance Mike for all you do.

Also hole 1 basket will not be where it is currently, it'll be across the creek in a temp basket area. It is marked over there

Stephen Kriner   June 21, 2023 at 12:50pm

Awesome, thank you Mike!

mike penix   June 21, 2023 at 12:55pm

Youre more than welcome. Mills knows the course well and should be able to help guide you. Also he has my number on speed dial if there are any questions.

Ray Young    June 20, 2023 at 9:36pm

It looks like the field was expanded from 84 to 88 recently. Another hole must have been added. I was sitting at waitlist #3 when this change occurred. Could somebody help me understand how adding additional players impacts the waitlist?

mike penix   June 23, 2023 at 10:38am

See you saturday Ray

If there is a point where there are enough people on the waitlist, would you consider opening the tournament up more? Instead of 4 to a tee, there’d be 5. It would take like 20% longer, but more people would get to play in the tournament.

100% do not want to play 2 rounds of 5s on every hole

Brandon Nelson   June 17, 2023 at 2:09pm

Talking bout a cannonball making a splash, only tourney I’ve seen sell out in a day and a half this year Can’t wait around for this one to see if your free 2 months away.

Jaden Phillips   June 17, 2023 at 2:25pm

Sold out in 10 hours this year! Keep CBO 6 on your calendar 2024

William Lambert    June 16, 2023 at 12:05pm

On Google Maps, it looks like parking is limited. Where is the best place to park? And where do we check in?

When does registration open for everyone?

Brandon Nelson   April 9, 2023 at 12:00am

Looks like April 22nd bub

mike penix   April 18, 2023 at 11:22am

Dave it opens up at midnight and the ladies have 48 hours to do it before the registrstion opens for the rest of the fields.

Brad Dimick   April 24, 2023 at 6:52pm

Is there a reason you’re limiting the field to 80 players for a 21 hole track?
