About this tournament

Two rounds of 18 holes on these wonderful wooded courses! This is a one day sanctioned PDGA C-tier tournament featuring shotgun starts with two rounds of 18 holes. This tournament is a proud production of Music City Disc Golf.

As a PDGA sanctioned event, all scores must be kept using PDGA Live. It is recommended that all players download and install the live scoring app here:

A pool will play Cane Ridge Advanced 18 hole layout two times.
B pool will play Cane Ridge Short 18 hole layout two times.

All registered amateur competitors will receive a Competitor Pack.

Ace Pot available during registration only. Separate Ace Pot for each Pool. If either ace pot is not hit, the pot will be donated to the 2023 MCDG course improvement project.

Pros will receive payout via PayPal.

Amateurs will receive voucher payout. Vouchers redeemable through Sad Dog Discs onsite on day of tournament only.

Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all mixed divisions with at least 4 players, as well as all women's and junior divisions. The trophies will be customized with each player's name, so they will have to be shipped to the winners after the event. Players will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping for trophies.

Starting hole assignments for round 1 will be set after close of registration.

Must have 3 players to make a division (except ladies and juniors divisions). Any divisions with less than 3 players will be merged with next appropriate division.

Since this is shotgun start, the field is limited to 72 competitors on each course for a total of 144.

Refund policy

Music City Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations/withdrawals.

Close of registration is at 11:59pm Central Time 8/25. Waitlist replacements will be processed after close of registration.

Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Competitor packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.

Competitors cannot pick up competitor packs for anyone else.

Competitor packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.

Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund.

Any withdrawal before 11:59pm Central Time on 7/29 will receive full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee.

Withdrawal from 12:00am Central Time on 7/29 to 11:59pm Central Time on 8/11 will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request, competitor will receive 50% refund.

Withdrawal from 12:00am Central Time 8/11 to 11:59pm Central Time 8/25 will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request, competitor will receive 25% cash refund.

Any Withdrawals after the close of registration (11:59pm Central Time 8/25) will receive NO refund.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack.
