About this tournament

The Camellia City Classic is a charity disc golf tournament benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 100 percent of the proceeds from the event will be donated to St. Jude on behalf of the Team O Classic, a Louisiana non-profit organization that raises money for St. Jude with fun, active events like this every year.

Come join us for 36 holes of disc golf in Slidell, Louisiana, at Fritchie Park, a beautiful and challenging wooded course. There will be food and drinks for all participants. Lunch is being sponsored by Pizza Platoon, which agreed to send 30 pizzas our way for the event this year. In addition to food and drinks, all tournament registrants will be entered into drawings to win raffle prizes at the conclusion of the round.
This is a PDGA sanctioned C Tier tournament. The tournament is operating under the PDGA's Competition Endowment Program, which allows us to donate more money to the charitable cause.
The tournament is a two-round affair with a lunch break in the middle of the day following the conclusion of the first round. Novice and Juniors will play both rounds from the red tees. Recreational and Intermediate will play one round from the blue tees and one round from the red tees. Pro and Advanced will play both rounds from the blue tees.
There will be a players meeting at 8:30a. First round tee time is set for 9a. The second round will start at least an hour after the conclusion of the first round.
Trophies will be awarded to winners for each division with at least two registrants. This year's trophies are custom-dyed Innova Star Destroyers by local disc golfer and artist Kris Clavier.
