About this tournament
2 - 18 Hole Rounds of Singles at Shadow Lake Disc Golf Course in McCalla, AL
Amateur Players Only - We will open a waitlist for 10 players. Waitlisted players will pay the full entry fee but will be refunded on May 10th if they do not make it into the event.
All players will receive a player pack that includes a tournament stamped disc and shirt! Players that do not register by April 25th may receive an alternate item instead of a shirt.
Trophies will be provided to the top 3 spots in any division that has at least 4 participants registered by April 25th. Or for the winner of any division that has at least one player.
Refunds after April 25th will deduct the price of the t-shirts.
There will be CTP prizes for every division.
There will be no additional payout. Player pack value will exceed the PDGA requirement for payout and remaining funds will be donated to Cahaba Medical Care.
If no ace is hit, the ace pot will be donated to Cahaba Medical Care.
This event is being held in support of and in coordination with Cahaba Medical Care.

About Cahaba Medical
Cahaba Medical Care is a 501c3 non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), accredited as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Joint Commission. We have locations throughout central Alabama serving Bibb, Perry, Chilton, Shelby, Wilcox, and Jefferson Counties.
