EVENT FEES:
$25 per player broken down as follows:
- $3 to the PDGA
- $3 TD Fee ($1 of which will be donated to our year-long charity)
- $2 to the End of Season payout/prizes/trophies for that division
- $2 to the course fund of the hosting course
- $15 to the payout (Pros) or player pack / tournament costs (AM’s)
Players are strongly encouraged to pre-register in order to help us properly facilitate this event. If we do not reach capacity, walk up spots may be available at the discretion of the Tournament Directors. Any walk up will incur a $5 administration fee in addition to the tournament entry fee.
There is a $15 one day membership fee for anyone not currently a PDGA member.
Please remember that in order to receive cash at a PDGA event in a Pro division, the player must have a PDGA number (current or expired)
PLAYER PACK:
All amateur players will receive a player pack of their choosing valued at a minimum of $15. Exact player pack selections will vary event to event and are first come, first served the day of the event. Previous examples of player pack items include discs, shirts, water bottles and dry bags. This is a PDGA True Amateur event. As a result, there will be no amateur payouts.
FORMAT/LAYOUT:
This event will consist of a single round with players selecting their own tee time. Players from any division may be grouped together on a card. All divisions will play the long layout (permanent tees), with everyone starting on hole 18 for this event. Specific layout notes will be sent out the week leading up to the event.
PARKING:
Please park in the recreational lot straight up the dirt road along hole 18, not in the brewery lot.
TOURNAMENT CENTRAL:
Tournament central for this event will be behind the tee for 18 (near the entrance to the back parking lot).
CHECK IN:
Check in will open at 7:30 and all players must check in no less than 15 minutes before their tee time or be considered a no show for the event. Any player who has not checked in with the TDs prior to their tee time, will not be allowed to participate in this event.
TEE TIMES:
For this event, players will select a tee time at registration. Players must be at the first tee for the entirety of the 5 minutes before their tee time or will incur a two-stroke penalty.
PLAYERS MEETING:
There will be no on site players meeting for the events in this series. You will receive an email containing all relevant information for each event no later than 24 hours before the event. If you have any questions in regards to any aspect of the event, please make sure to ask the TD’s during check in.
AWARDS/PRIZES:
Division winners will be awarded a trophy after the event. There is no awards ceremony and you do not need to stay after completing your round. Trophies will not be available the day of the event and may be collected at a future event.
All players are automatically entered into a $100 Ace Pot. If multiple aces are hit during the event, the pot will be split proportionally.
There will be at least one CTP that all players will be eligible to win.
As a way to encourage PDGA growth, we will award a PDGA membership to the lowest scoring player at the event that has not previously been registered with the PDGA.
POINT SERIES:
Just a reminder that this event is part of the 2025 Connecticut Flex Series. You automatically earn points towards end of season awards just by participating.
