We are extremely excited to host you for year three of our CODGHOF Winter Series and our Second Stop!!
The purpose of the email today is to give you all the details you need before checking in on Sunday Morning!
PARK IN THE MAIN LOT where the biergarten is, not the employee lot. This is the second left after you arrive off Mountain Vista
This is a PDGA Sanctioned event and as such all rules are in effect including Alcohol and Substance consumption during your rounds.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL will be tolerated, this is a venue law and will be enforced to the fullest extent. In addition to disqualification from the event, players are subject to being banned from the property and further legal action.
ALCOHOL CAN NOT BE TAKEN INTO THE PARKING LOT, AT ALL!
Check in runs from 8:00am-8:45am: All Players must Check in with us. We will be on the back patio outside, we will see where we land Sunday. Amateur players, your player pack will include a choice of Premium Discmania plastic, We will have some Discmania Signature Series discs available for player pack upgrade for $5 additional via cash, venmo or paypal.
PLEASE NOTE: The Biergarten will be Open after our round is complete, Bobbie and Conrad will also have a food menu available for after our round and it is sure to be delicious! This does mean that we will not have access to the restrooms inside until about 10:30am, so the portos on Holes 7 and 15 are our only available restrooms for you in the morning.
Ace Pool: Currently we have 31 people paid in which means the ace pot is $93, with a carryover from Stop 1 of $132 if this does not get hit it will move to stop #3 December 11th at Adams Hollow: Spots available HERE
The round will start at 9am, We will shout Two minutes but it can be hard to hear, at 8:58am you will be under two minutes, your score keeper will be the teller of the time, when the clock strikes 9am BEGIN YOUR ROUND.
Scoring is going to be done on PDGA.Com/Score or the PDGA App, the code to get in is WINTER . 2 people from the group are required to keep score, one via the official method, the other via PDGA ideally, but paper, or Udisc is acceptable. The group can decide who keeps the PDGA and who keeps the other PDGA or Udisc. The Digital Scorecard is the OFFICIAL score card of the event. After you complete scoring make sure everyone’s score is confirmed prior to anyone leaving for the day. PLEASE NOTE: Being unprepared to keep score, or unwilling to keep score with other methods provided is not an acceptable excuse.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO STICK AROUND UNTIL YOUR SCORE IS SUBMITTED, If you decide to leave your group before your card is submitted and things are wrong, you can and will be assessed the proper penalties per PDGA Rules.
Below you will find the course notes and HERE you will find a course map: You will notice we have let loose on the OB lines that we manually put in for most events. It is late season and we are all starting to cool down a bit and we want you to have a great time and enjoy yourselves out there!
Course Notes: Over all Fences OB, On or Beyond Sidewalk OB, Road and Beyond OB. 2 Meter relief from fences with barb wire on top. Any Standing water you can take causal relief.

HOLE SPECIFIC RULES: These rules are what we are following, Tee signs may not match THESE rules
Hole 1: Flower Planter is OB defined by concrete surrounding trim. Brick lined walkway on the left defines Sidewalk OB. Walking paths in the middle of the fairway are safe.
Hole 8 and 9: Beyond Ditch OB: In Ditch is safe on BOTH HOLES, beyond is fully Surrounded by grass beyond the Ditch. Special Rule 2 Meter Relief from the right side of the ditch.
Hole 9: Brick wall on left and beyond OB, Flower planter in fairway is OB defined by concrete surrounding trim
Hole 13: Mandatory Left of Marked 1st Tree on right, in front of the tee pad. DZ if missed directly to the left of the Tree.
Hole 15: Wait until Hole 16 is walking up the fairway or paying attention to your group throwing.
Playoffs for first place will be solved immediately after the last card is turned in.

Thank you all for your support of the Colorado Disc Golf Hall of Fame. This series has helped us really start the CODGHOF and recognize our 2 classes so far. We are working to make sure our future is solidified and our home is a permanent place!
