Mandatory Player Meeting at Tournament Central (approximate time, subject to change).

Round 1 Shotgun Start (approximate time, subject to change). Hole assignments will be on the event PDGA website and also on the PDGA Live app.
12:00pm - 1:00pm
One-hour lunch break start (approximate time, subject to change). The one hour lunch break will start after the last card has confirmed their scores using the PDGA Live app. Announcements will be sent through the PDGA Live app. Remember the Sandwich man will be on-site. So be sure to place your lunch order in the morning. Cost of lunch is not included in the entry fee.
1:15pm
Round 2 Shotgun Start (approximate time, subject to change). Hole assignments, announcements, and start time will be on the event PDGA website and also on the PDGA Live app.
4:30pm
After the last card has confirmed their scores, and everyone has returned to tournament central, we will have an awards ceremony, hand out the CTPs, draw the raffle prizes, and have an ace pot throw off (if no one hits an ace) (approximate time, subject to change).
6:30pm
After party at Bombshell Beer Company in Holly Springs! ACME Pizza will be delivering some pizza to the after party, and Bombshell will have some tasty cold beverages for us! All players, caddies, family, friends, and tournament staff are invited!

Layout
A Pool Rounds 1 and 2
FPO, FP40, and FA1 will play the white layout, with the exception on holes 8, 16, and 18, where you will play from the blue tees both rounds.
B Pool Rounds 1 and 2
FP50, FP60, FA50, FA2, FA3, FA4, and FJ10 will play the white (short) layout both rounds.
AMs and Juniors Players Packs:
A tournament stamped Prodigy Air Spectrum disc, a tournament stamped dri-fit shirt by Huck Wear, tournament stamped Tee Box Sox, a Dryv Bagz, a towel by Peterman Realty, a CADL beer can glass by Basket Bashers, and several more items are in the works! Additionally, all of our Pro ladies will get a small gift to show our appreciation!
Tournament Shirts and Discs
Pros will have the option to purchase tournament discs and shirts during registration and everyone will have the opportunity to purchase discs day of the event!
Trophies and Payouts
All AM divisions will play for 1st - 3rd place trophies and 1st place trophies will be awarded to Pro divisions with cash payouts. Trophies are full color, slate trophies produced by Falling Putt. Because of our awesome sponsors, our Pro divisions will have 100% of their entry fee be contributed towards their payouts plus $100 added cash by Becky & Lou Urani! And there may be more cash added to the pro payout!
Update 7/10/23 all AM player pack and trophy orders have been placed at this time. If you register on or after this date and you are an AM, your shirt and sock size will not be guaranteed. If you register after this date in a division of 1 (Pro or AM), your trophy will be delivered after the tournament.
The Sandwich Man will be on-site for lunch! Be sure to place your order during check-in so it is ready for you when you complete the first round. Currently, lunch is not included in the entry fee.
There is an optional $5 Ace Pot.
If multiple people hit an ace, the ace pot will be split. If an ace is not hit, we will have an ace pot throw off! Current ace pot (7/26/23) is $75, but guess what?! Jay Pontier of CADL has decided to match the Ace Pool, bringing the Ace Pool total to $150!
CTP prizes
We have had an amazing amount of support from our local community! So much so that we will be able to offer each division a CTP during each round, and multiple CTPs for all members of each pool! CTPs have been donated by: Carbella Designs, Destination Disc Golf, Triangle Women's Disc Golf, Throw Pink, Prodigy Disc, the Urani's, Peterman Realty, CADL, Huck Wear, Basket Bashers, Montgomery Khin, Bombshell Beer Company, and OTB!
