    First Tee time.

    Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your assigned tee time and check in at the player check in tent. At that time move to where you have sight of the first tee box and be ready to come to the tee when it is your time, but do not congregate and crowd. Practice Social Distancing at all times.

EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER:
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless ,CADL Summer 2020 Quarterly Hosted by Fly Guy Disc Golf, Capitol Area Disc League, Fly Guy Disc Golf, HANNABLE MCGARITY and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."


Now - on to the tournament.

THIS WILL BE A SINGLE ROUND C TIER TOURNAMENT, WITH TEE TIMES.

The ANTICIPATED order of divisions ( providing each has enough participants to compete) will be:

FA3
FA1
MA3
MA2
MA1
MA40
FPO
MPO

Starting with the first group at 8:00 am, the Tee times will be 10 minutes apart, and cards will be 4 players.

Juniors will be cards of three due to Chaperone requirements.

All other divisions, the use of caddies is discouraged.

No "gallery" will be permitted , with the exception of a Certified Official if called upon to chaperone a play-off.

Practice Social Distancing at all times, and do not congregate at tees, baskets or in the parking lot.

Must preregister; there will not be any day of registration or wait list.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 11:59 am on June 19th.

Registration closes at 8:00 PM on June 19th.

At 9:00 PM on June 19th the tee times will be announced, and a link will be emailed to all participants that will take you to a you tube video that will count as the Player's meeting. It will be important to view this video as it will explain certain aspects to the course in detail.

All cards will use electronic scoring utilizing the PDGA Live Scoring feature.

All Ams will be given a player pack.

Am payout will be immediately following the completion of each division.

Pro payout will be paid immediately at completion of each division.

Refund policy

Fly Guy Disc Golf Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 11:59 AM ON JUNE 19TH.
