About this tournament

Thank You for registering for the CADL Fall 2020 Quarterly hosted by Fly Guy Disc Golf.
Reminder - this event will be a FLEX START - you may start your round any time between 8:30 and 2:30 .
The first 120 amateurs (edited 10/18/2020) who register will receive the event stamped player pack disc and an additional item.
Any additional registrations will receive a voucher for the retail value of the player pack disc, and the additional item.
The printed Summary report from DiscGolfScene will be used to establish if a player is within the first 120, if needed.
You must have a viable card; we will limit maximum card size to 5 players to facilitate an anticipated large turnout.
Live scoring will be preferred for the event. Code will be provided at check in day of event.
You will only play one round for your score. you may only post one round in a division.
If you qualify for additional divisions and wish to play additional rounds, speak to the TD on the day of the tournament.
$5 for every entry round is donated to Capital Area Disc League to use as they see best to continue to grow and expand disc golf facilities and competitions in the Capital Area.
This IS a Raleigh park - there are rules governing Tobacco, Alcohol and illicit substances. This is also a PDGA event which means disqualification for violating a posted public park rule. Please do not bring materials to the park that will force the TD into an action. We don't want to be cops - we just want to have fun.
50% refund for cancellation will be issued after noon 11/19/2020 ; No refund for cancellation will be issued after 5:00 PM EST on 11/20/2020.
ALL PRO PAYOUT will be process via PayPal and issued by midnight 11/22/2020.
All Am Payout will be in the form of electronic voucher to Fly Guy Disc Golf and will be issued to the REGISTERING EMAIL ADDRESS USED IN DISC GOLF SCENE.
This will be issued by Midnight 11/22/2020.

Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."
