CADL 2021 Winter Quarterly Hosted By Fly Guy

IT IS IMPORATANT TO READ ALL INFORMATION IN THIS LISTING.

The CADL 2021 Winter Quarterly, a 1 day c tier event, will be held at Buckhorn DGC on January 31.

Current park restrictions limit us to FIFTY (50) total people on the course at one time.

In order to provide the experience to the most people possible, we will be working with TEE times, and it will ne a 1 round event.

You MAY NOT come "early" and congregate - you need to arrive with only the needed time to check into registration and then stretch and be prepared to start your round at your given tee time.

Likewise, when you compete your round, AFTER you have verified your score with Tournament Central, you need to EXIT THE AREA. Do not congregate, wait around or otherwise create a crowd that violates the parks 50 people MAX rule.

We will start the first group of 5 people off at 8:00, and have a group every 15 minutes. This should assure that there is no delay on the course, and each card is able to play at a reasonable and comfortable pace, and allow us to meet the parks requirement.

All persons will wear masks when within 6 feet of others, and will observe social distancing whenever possible.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF HOW THIS EVENT IS BEING RUN, THERE WILLBE NO DAY OF REGISTRATION ALLOWED. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO HAVE A SPOT IN THE EVENT

The event:

1 Round - ALL STAR LAYOUT FOR ALL DIVISIONS

Weather and water sometimes affects a few holes. We reserve the right to adjust the layout on the day of the event for safety and competitive quality.

$5 from every entry is donated to CADL with their ongoing mission of growing disc golf in the Capitol Area.

$2 from every entry pays the PDGA Fee.

From There:

Pros - Payout will be via PayPal , paid by Midnight 2/1/2021.

AMS - You will receive a player pack (disc, glow rings) and there will be a small payout , which will be issued by ELECTRONIC VOUCHER to the email address sued to register for the event. This will be valid for onsite and online purchases from Fly Guy Disc Golf. These will be issued by Midnight 2/1/2021

THERE WILL NOT BE A PLAYER MEETING. ALL PARTICPANTS WILL RECIEVE AN EVENT EMAIL, AND WILL GET ANY LAST MINUTE BRIEFING WHEN THEY CHECK IN AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL DAY OF THE EVENT.

In 2021 a new requirement is for TDs to provide 2 forms of scorekeeping. We will utilize the PDGA live Scoring app ( Code will be CADL21W ) and a paper card. You will need to confirm your scores with the card using the paper card, finalize them in the scoring app and drop the card off at TC.

No refunds will be issued after 3:00 pm 1/29/21.

There will not be a refund for waitlist.


EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER:
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless ,CADL Summer 2021 Winter Quarterly Hosted by Fly Guy Disc Golf, Capitol Area Disc League, Fly Guy Disc Golf, HANNABLE MCGARITY and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."

Fly Guy Disc Golf Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

No refunds will be issued after 3:00 pm 1/29/21.
