About this tournament
Introducing the inaugural Bullseye's to Baskets- presented by Houston Darts, Disc, and Games hosted by HDG. Houston Disc Golf and Houston Darts, Disc, and Games are partnering to bring you 2 rounds of 18 holes at the beautiful Northside Christian Church Disc Golf Course! Thank you Northside Christian for the use of your property!
The event will be a 2 round PDGA sanctioned B Tier event.
We will play an 18-hole layout with a modified hole 18. Caddy-books will be emailed out the week of the event.
All players will play the same layout twice.
Trophies for top finishers in divisions of 3 or more competitors.
Awards ceremony and a raffle will be held at the Houston Darts, Disc, and Games store after the conclusion of round 2. Raffle proceeds go to Bags of Love and Kidsmealsinc. Details on the raffle will be provided soon!
Acepot and CTPs:
CTPs will be provided for Ams and Pros. Proceeds for CTP buy-ins go towards the partnered charity listed above.
If the acepot is not hit during the tournament, and additional CTP will be set up afterwards. Half the acepot will go to a winner and half will go towards the partnered charity.
No in-person player check-in. Check-in will be done through PDGA live scorecard.
Player Packs for ALL AMS will be available before the start of round 1 and between rounds 1 and 2. Details on what will be provided soon!
Round 1 will begin at 8:30 am, hole assignments to be posted no later than Friday Sept 30.
Round 2 will begin approx. 1 hour after the final card finishes Round 1.
Hole assignments will be found on the PDGA event page and posted to the Houston Disc Golf Facebook page for both rounds.
$750 added cash to Pro divisions
Entry fee breakdown-
TOTAL ENTRY ALL DIVISIONS- $65
$3 PDGA
$2 admin/parks fee
$10 Wholesale cost deduction from entry for players pack disc
All remaining cash in each division will go towards payout. Ams will receive vouchers redeemable at Houston Darts, Disc, and Games and Pros will receive cash.
Individual Sponsors:
We have several options for individual sponsorship of the event.
$10 Name on banner and FB post with all other sponsors
$20 Logo and name on a banner and FB post with all other sponsors
$50 Hole sponsorship and independent post on FB with logo. Hole Sponsors will have a sign (roughly 18"x18") posted at their desired hole, first come- first serve.
All logos must be submitted no later than 9/19/2022 to the provided email.
There will be no refunds on event sponsorship.
Caps in place for Pro and Am until 48 hours before the event.
Waitlist:
THERE WILL BE NO ADDS AFTER 8PM Thurs before the event
DO NOT SHOW UP THE MORNING OF
Players that do not get in will be refunded post event, minus $5 WL fee.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
(exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.)
