Round will start at 9:30am
Ladies Bring-a-Partner Dubs is a Lady/Partner Team combo playing Alternate Shot format.
What does Alternate Shot mean?
- 2 Players form a team: a Lady (Player A) and her disc golf partner (Player B).
- Player A throws the first shot from the tee #1 (odd tees)
- The next throw is taken by Player B where Player A's disc landed, and this alternation continues until completion of the hole.
- Player B then throws the first shot on tee #2 (even tees), no matter who made the putt on the previous hole.
Alternate Shot is a much faster format that regular best-shot doubles, since you never throw 2 discs from the same lie. It is also much more balanced and enjoyable for those who throw shorter distances, as you can't always rely on your partner's drive.
Although, it can bring some (fun) tension in the team since you have to rely on each other to complete each hole :-)
Shotgun start, meaning every card of 4 teams starts at the same time (9.30am!) but on different holes, depending on how many teams we get.
$1 buy-in per player, so $2 per team.
Optional $1 Ladies cash CTP (Closest to Pin)
There will be additional free CTPs with discs to win!

This is a beginner friendly event. If you don't have discs or don't know what to throw, come earlier (from 8am by the practice basket) and we will have a few beginner-friendly discs you can borrow.
