Recreational Disc Golf Tournament. ** All SKILL LEVELS !!! All ABOUT FUN GOLF!!! $25 entry for all divisions. 1 Round. Usually 4 or more in a division. 100 % payout (after course and tourney donation) to the top 40% places. As always pack it in and pack it out! An outhouse is provided. Please get there 15 minutes before your tee time. Please do not hang out in large groups before or after the tournament.

No amenities within 45min. Bring everything you'll need: Fill up on gas, and bring food, drink, extra clothes, shoes, and rain gear. Bring Your Own Beverages. Smoking friendly as long as you pick up the butts! Pack it in and Pack it out! $5 camping is always available around the campsite by hole 15. Don't leave food out over night. Detailed plans on the space or area used for the event and controls that will be implemented to maintain 6 feet distancing requirements; No groups before or after event. 4 to 6 people per t pad. Tee times every 15 minutes. Social distancing to 6 feet or more. Just like Ball Golf. No gathering before or after the event.
Face coverings should be worn by everyone to the greatest extent possible, and plans should outline how this will be communicated before and during the events; We will have it posted to encourage wearing face masks. We will have some to give out, and to purchase.
The plan must include methods used to register attendees so that contact tracing may occur if necessary; Phone numbers must be collected. How will you collect these? We will utilize a pre-registration website, preventing anybody gathering in any lines. We will do a virtual players meeting before and after the tournament. We will not give out tangible prizes, we will email gift certificates.
The plan must include the practices and protocols to ensure that the risk of COVID-19 is minimized for audience, patrons, spectators, and other guests of the event. There are very little spectators at our events. however we will include them in our flyers and information to follow the same safety guidelines as the players. Ensuring there are groups of 10 or less.

All employees and crew members will follow all the covid-19 safety guidelines. We will stay six feet apart, have plenty of hand sanitizer, Masks, and we will not be in groups of 10 or more.
Susceptible populations will be strongly recommended to refrain from participating in any public gathering during the Safer at Home phase. How will you handle this? I will ask anyone who has any symptoms to stay at home for 10 days. Golden eagle disc golf course will follow all of their proposed plans.
Posting signs throughout on requirements for physical/social distancing. It will posted on the event check in, hole 1, and I will put up signs periodically through out the course for reminding people to physical and social distance.
Any open business that has an outbreak at their facility of 2 or more employees might be required to close for 72 hours for disinfection and detailed contact tracing to minimize risk in the community. Yes I understand and will work with the health department if cases are connected to this facility.
Any other comments or things we should know? Each hole is 200 to 400 feet long. With tee times of groups of four to six going out every 15 minutes, there will be plenty of space between groups. Thank you for your time. Please let me know if there's any more details you need.
