Women/Men divisions won't show on PDGA until after the adjustments are made when registration closes. Those divisions will move to MPO, MA2, and MA4 so you are playing in the "mixed" division.

WE ADDED JUNIORS DIVISIONS AS WELL!!! If juniors are signing up, you will sign up in the division of the older player on your team.

The only divisions left for final registration are divisions with players already in them since trophies are already completed for this tournament. Good luck everyone. Registration closes at 8pm EST tonight.

We have already ran the trophies for your division. It is still your choice if you want to move or not. You can do that with your confirmation email or an official request to [email redacted]

Henry H2 Hamilton   May 25, 2023 at 7:21pm

Christian, I misunderstood trophies. I do not have trophies for your division so I will go ahead and move yall to the other division.

Do you have to have a partner or will there be the option to pair up with another single?

This is a BYOP doubles so you will need to have one to register.

AHS Rolling Ace Pot is at $518 as of this post. There is #150 from OOH NOO and $68 from Armistice. There are 30 signed up for ace pot for this tournament. Will a team snag it or will it carry to Kraken Classic?

Any need for volunteers for this event? (Aka me)

We never turn down volunteers, there is always a need. I just added a Volunteer signup, go ahead and sign up for that (there is no cost) and we’ll keep you in the loop

Greens Fees Transparency: Prior to 04/28 Greens fees were not properly collected. Rather than go back and request greens fees from the players, AHS decided to pay the $5/player out of pocket. Players who signed up from 04/28-05/04 were mistakenly charged $10/player. All refunds for that mischarge have been issued and signup corrected. While we have run many a doubles tournament in the past, this is our first time doing signups for a dubs tourney with DGS. Forgive us for our 698 rated TD skills.

H2, not sure if it’s right but it’s charging $10 per person for green fees, not per team. 2 players with CTP’s comes out to $126.

That is definitely not right. Lemme look at the backend and see what's up

Reverend John Carson   May 4, 2023 at 7:40pm

OK. The tournament is set to Doubles in DGS. Everything else relates to teams, but DGS treats each person like a normal singles signup. I can see how H2 confused that. It’s now fixed and I see I owe some refunds for overpayments from the mix up. Many thanks for keeping us in check Michael!

Got my confirmation email, thanks fellas

So, dumb question but legit: what happens in the event that you or your partner aces a hole during the “worst shot” holes?

Henry H2 Hamilton   March 27, 2023 at 1:46pm

Y'all both better ace as it will not count. "Worst shot" means you are taking the worst shot on that part of the course. It does not pay out ace pot nor does it count
