Tee times are posted at pdga.com. Registration has now closed so this should be the final tee time posting.
Most of the baskets will be in the correct positions for the tournament layout tomorrow. I will be working on the course through out the day.
Unfortunately the tee sign printer has had multiple delays and tee signs will not be placed until tomorrow evening. I will be using temporary tee signs as best as possible to accommodate those practicing the tournament layout.
Ball golfers will be on the course tomorrow so please let them play through as needed.

Course will be set up by Thursday afternoon. Most of the holes will be playable Thursday morning.

since all of open is in the afternoon I don't mind being with my division if that's easier, I previously asked for a later time, whatever is easier for you! Thanks!

Tee times had to be adjusted again. Expect them to change again before the event. We are doing our best to accommodate the wishes of many people wanting to know tee times ahead of time while also adjusting schedule as players decide they cannot make it and drop. Thank you for your patience with us. Reg closes on Wednesday at 8pm and exact tee times will be posted on Thursday.

FYI to everyone: The Whirlwind Disc Golf store, with over 9000 discs, will be selling at this tourney on Friday and Saturday. Feel free to ask here if there are any specific discs you're looking for. I'll try to answer.

Players Party will happen from 7pm-9pm at the Brooktrails Golf Course Saturday evening. Dinner will be available 7-8pm. Drinks will available from the clubhouse til 9pm.
Players party will include:
Raffle (basket, bags, discs, and more!)
silent auction (limited edition(7 of each) Brooktrails stamped Halo Roc 3, Halo teebird, halo wraith)
games (putting games, cornhole, cards)
Please be conscious that we are in a neighborhood community. We want to have a good time while respecting the course neighbors.

Do you think they would let me stay in my little 23 foot mortorhome in the parking Sat. eve? (If I'm having beers at the players party I'm not driving anywhere)

as long as your quiet and dont make a scene you shouldbe fine. They do not want the parking lot turning into a campsite so please respect quiet hours and anything you pack in, please pack out.
