Bronco Bash 4 will be an unsanctioned doubles event!
But this is not normal doubles, its a unique 4 person style known as Collegiate Doubles!
Collegiate Doubles is a format unique to
College Disc Golf. The format works as follows
Teams are made up of 4 people. Within each team are 2 groups that play an alternative best shot format. An example of how this would play out.
Team BSU is made up of Zach, Alex, Brian, and Will. Zach and Alex are pairing 1. Brian and Will are pairing 2.
Zach and Alex both tee off on Hole 1. Brian and Will take the best of those shots and putt or approach from it. Zach and Alex then take the best of those 2 shots. This continues until the hole is completed.
Pairing 1 will always tee off from the odd holes and pairing 2 will always tee off from the even holes no matter who finishes the previous hole.
As always this event is a fundraiser for the Boise State Team! This will be unsanctioned to help keep prices down and so we can fundraise even more!
There will be a small players pack and trophies.
