In the event of multiple aces, the Ace Pot will be divided between the winners, if an ace is not hit at the 2024 BC Open the balance will be carried over to 2025
If you do not have a BC Disc Golf Association (BCDGA), competitive membership you must purchase it at https://bcdiscgolf.ca/membership/ within one week of your registration. Your support of the BCDGA gives them the ability to continue to help and grow disc golf initiatives in the province of British Columbia.
We will work with you to determine the hole you sponsor.

For recognition at tee off
Tournament refund / cancellation policy Craig Sheather is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene or withdrawal requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director. Cancellation prior to June 1,2025 Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellation from June 1st to June 20th, 2025 Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant. If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, the Pro Registrant or Amateur Registrant will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellation from June, 21st onwards NO REFUNDS OR PLAYER PACKS WILL BE PROVIDED. Waitlisted Registrants who do not get into the competition will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds or player pack will be provided to any registrant who fails to officially withdraw or is a No Show during the competition. Player packs will be available at the course, Player packs must be picked up by end of day June 29th, 2025 DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
