Good evening,

Welcome to the Windjammer! First off Covid 19 infections are on the rise country wide. We are lucky that the Delaware State Parks are allowing us to run the event, so lets respect their rules. That being said, while at tournament central everyone is required to have on a mask. In accordance with Delaware State Park rules, everyone must wear a mask when social distancing is not possible. Funny, but I didn't say "squat" about a refund. If I'm withdrawing 3 days before an event, I'm not expecting my money back -- in my mind, that would be disrespectful toward the TD and the tournament staff, Who have a hell of a lot more to do than to worry about my presence. (And if I we're the TD, I'd probably use a folding chair!)
