Good evening,
Welcome to the Windjammer! First off Covid 19 infections are on the rise country wide. We are lucky that the Delaware State Parks are allowing us to run the event, so lets respect their rules. That being said, while at tournament central everyone is required to have on a mask. In accordance with Delaware State Park rules, everyone must wear a mask when social distancing is not possible. Let's all keep each other safe and have a fun tournament. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. Don't forget there is an $8 fee for out of state vehicles and $4 for Delaware vehicles. There are self pay boxes near the main gate and parking lot.
There will be no players meeting, everything you need to know will be in this email as well as posted on discgolfscene. If you have any questions, please ask me at check-in. Even though the hole assigments will be posted around 8pm on Friday night, this may change because of last minute drops, please be sure to double check your hole assignment after 8:50am on Saturday. I will send a message through the pdga live scoring app to let everyone know that the starting holes have been finalized.
Hole assignments will be posted on the pdga tournament results page,
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/47775. Again, in case of any last minute changes or drops, be sure to double check the pdga site after 8:50 for final assignments. Check in each day will be from 8:00 - 8:40am, updated hole assignments at 8:50, & round 1 tee-time will be approximately 9:10. Lunch break will be 45 mins, starting after the last group finishes round 1. Pro payouts will be handled via paypal within a couple days of the event.
Scoring will be via the PDGA live scoring app, the access code for pro day is "brandy". Use your mobile web browser to go to
https://pdga.com/score, then enter the access code. Please come ready to keep score on your phone for at least one round. I will need at least one person per hole with the ability to keep score on their phone. I will have paper score cards available for back up.
If no aces are hit, we will have a CTP for the cash after the 2nd round. This will only be for players in the ace pot.

All pros will be playing the gold layout(DisCatchers) as well as the alt tee(left) on hole #2
No OB except where noted below:
Hole 2 - Alternate tee to the left of original(marked with white flags)
Hole 4 - OB: surrounded by creek, road is inbounds.
Hole 12 - OB: surrounded by creek and across.
Hole 14 - OB: surrounded by creek and across, main park road.
Hole 15 - OB: main park road and small lot(pavement)
Hole 16 - OB: house driveway and across
Lastly, thanks to the Brandywine Creek State Park staff who have been doing a great job maintaining the course the last couple years. It's never looked better!
