About this tournament
Greetings everyone!
I have the pleasure of presenting to you Persimmon Ridges first golf cart tournament! This will be a doubles, Pro division only tournament (open to all players).
This event will take place Sunday, August 18th at 9am.
Teams are limited to 12 (24 players total) so find a partner and get signed up fast as I anticipate this event to fill quickly.
This tournament will be 1 round of 18 holes played from the gold tee pads and to the white (longer) basket locations where they apply.
This will be an ALTERNATE shot doubles event, meaning each player from a team will take alternating shots from tee to putting.
OBs will most likely be tournament OBs but I’m considering adding in a few extras to spice it up and make it interesting with potential islands and or hazards.
Entry fee break down- $80 per team
$10 from each player for cart
$5 from each player for green fee.
$50 to payout
We are only paying out the top 3 teams for this event. (Payouts based on tournament filling & will be adjusted if fewer then 12 teams attend)
1st- $300
2nd- $200
3rd- $100
This is a dry run for future golf cart tournaments, as we plan to have more for ma1, ma2, and ma3 divisions later.
