We are in the home stretch for the tournament and wanted to pass along a few details in regards to Saturday. Some stuff is subject to change (i.e. payout amounts due to drop outs or last minute CTP/Ace pot buy-ins), but we have most of the details ironed out.

Payouts:

Mixed Purse: $1200
1st: $300
2nd: $250
3rd: $200
4th: $145
5th: $95
6th: $80
7th: $70
8th: $60

Open Purse: $420
1st: $240
2nd: $120
3rd: $60

Ace Pot & CTPs:

Both the ace pot and cash CTP pot are sitting at $205 each.

Any ace will claim the pot. If there are multiple aces, the pot will be split and awarded accordingly. If there are no aces. There will be a CTP throw-off on hole 1 and the pot will be split equally and awarded to the three closest players to the hole 1 basket.

After some discussion about the CTP pot, it has been determined that we will do two cash CTP holes during each round of the tournament to give players more chances to win some cash. Round 1 CTPs will be on holes 3 and 6. Round 2 CTPs will be on holes 5 and 8. If the CTP pot stays at $205, payouts for holes 3, 6, and 8 will be $50 each to the closest drive on each hole, and hole 5 CTP will pay out $55. If the pot increases before the start of the tournament, payouts will be adjusted accordingly.

Parking:

We are aware that this tournament is being held on Motorcycle Weekend. I have talked with Randy at TB, and he says it does not always get too busy there, but please plan ahead and carpool as much as possible. You should also give yourselves some extra time for getting there in the morning, just incase there's any significant traffic due to the big weekend. We will be getting the tournament going a bit before TB opens for the day, so please try to park as close to the course as possible to allow for open spots closer to the building.

Dogs:

Although TB and the Beer Garden are dog friendly, we ask that players please refrain from bringing their dogs with them on the course. With 3 teams on each hole, the course will definitely be congested and we are trying to help keep the pace of play flowing as normal as possible. Also, we would hate to see an incident occur during the tournament.

Other stuff:

There WILL be bartenders in the beer garden Saturday morning to serve beers before round 1, if anyone is interested. The food truck and inside kitchen will open at noon. There may be other prizes in play from TB for CTP’s, finishing places, etc. These will be revealed during the day of the tournament. Dennis and some of the volunteers have been putting in a good amount of work getting the course cleaned up for this, and I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who has been involved. We are excited to get this inaugural event going!

Hello all, thank you for the blast of a day yesterday!
Scores have been posted and all payouts have been sent thru PayPal to the e-mail address that each team entered with.

Only payouts left to distribute are:
Kris Duer - $50 ctp (I will have cash for you at league this week)
Nate Hoitt - $60 ctp (I will have cash for you at league this week)

FYI for those already registered and bought in to the CTP. It has been moved to hole 6 per Twin Barns request.
