Boettler Park Clinic and Ace Race

This is the Grand Opening event for the relocated Boettler Park Disc Golf Course.
- 10:00 to 1:00 will be a clinic for beginners to learn how to play disc golf
- 2:00 to 4:00+/- will be a 9-hole Ace Race for all divisions

The clinic will have three instructional sessions covering
- disc golf history, rules, types of discs, and basic instruction on how to play,
- a putting session with instructions and a green to practice on,
- a driving range with instructions on how to throw drives and for practice.
- after completing the clinic, people are invited to play a round on the course.

The Ace Race will be 9-holes, one shot per hole.
- $2 entry fee
- $1 goes to payout, $1 goes to the park for improvements
- closest-to-the-pin prizes on each hole
- if no aces, there will be a ctp thorw-off for the payout.
- multiple aces will share the payout.

The new course is a recreational, 9-hole course for beginners.
All holes are under 300'.
There are no water hazards and too many trees.
