About this tournament

Hello everyone, and welcome back to to the Black Bear Open! We are excited to bring this event back to you again in 2025, this year as a C Tier event and part of the Ohio River Valley Points Series.

This will be a one day, two round event at the Bear. All pin positions will bein their shortest placements, making for very scorable conditions. Shotgun starting will be implemented with a brief players meeting prior to start.

Players packs will be a tournament stamped Meridian disc, mold TBD. Am payouts will be provided by the SODGA store, pro payouts via cash/digital means.

Points accrued from BBOV will contribute directly to your standings in the 2025 ORVPS, putting you in the running for trophies/TBD at the culmination of the series, taking place in September at the Southern Ohio Classic.
