About this tournament

Welcome to Birdie Presents: Chillin' at Killens, a 2 round PDGA C-tier!

There will not be a players' meeting; all the information you need is in this email.

ALL PLAYERS NEED TO CHECK IN FROM 8:30-9:10 AM. Tee time is 9:30

All ams will receive their players packs at check-in, choice of 1 Birdie stamped premium disc.

The first round will start at 9:30 am, be on your hole and ready to go. Your starting hole is listed at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/56826. Second round tee time and hole assignments will also be listed here approximately 20 minutes after the last card is finished. Minimum 45 minues for lunch.

$5 from each entry fee will be donated to the tee pad fund at Killens. Thanks to everyone who made an additional donation!

CTP Hole #7 all day – MA40, MA50/60, MA2, MA3

Course notes:
All White tees, the tee signs are located on all the white tees, except for #9

There is no OB on the course.

Hole #3 – Mando: must pass left of marked tree, drop zone is Red tee
Hole #9 – This is the only hole where the White tee does not have a tee sign
Hole #12 – Mando: must pass left of marked tree, drop zone is Red tee
Hole #13 – Plays to old #16 pin location
Hole #16 – New right pin position

Pros will receive their winnings through PayPal. Ams will be paid in vouchers which must be used Saturday at the tournament.

We will be using live scoring on pdga.com/score. Enter the code “killens” Please remember to make your scores official at the completion of your round. I will also have paper score cards available as a back up, you can also use Udisc as a backup if you would like. The PDGA live scoring is the official scorecard.

There is a new feature of the pdga live scoring. Multiple people on a card can use it simultaneously as a backup. It will alert you if there are any inconsistencies in the scoring. For those new to live scoring, check out https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/help for more info.

Refund policy

BirdieDiscGolfSupplyCo/Tim Reyes is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds only to players who let us know before registration closes.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event will receive a refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the event fills.

If the spot is not filled then:
Refund request over 30 days is 100%
Refund request 15 to 29 days is 50%
Refund request within 14 days is 25%
