About this tournament

This is the first B-Tier sanctioned event that the Shelbyville Disc Golf Club (SDGC) will be hosting. This will be a two round shotgun start tournament with one round at the H.V. Griffin DGC in Shelbyville and one round at Sunrise Rotary DGC in Tullahoma. THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE POOL NOW UNLESS A MASS RUSH HAPPENS THIS WEEK. FIRST ROUND WILL BE AT SUNRISE ROTARY IN TULLAHOMA, 2ND ROUND WILL BE AT HV GRIFFIN.

WE WILL BE USING LIVE SCORING, THE ACCESS CODE IS SDGC22

CTP hole to win a disc golf basket is hole 9 at HV Griffin

CHECK-IN:
Day of check in will be available from 6am - 8:45am at Sunrise Rotary DGC.
All competitors should be at their respective starting holes no later than 5 minutes before the start of each round.
PLAYER POOLS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE THE FIELD SIZE SO PLEASE MAKE SURE CHECK BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND!

Refund policy

Shelbyville Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Close of registration is at 8pm Central Time 8-11-2022. Waitlist replacements will be processed immediately after close of registration.

Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.

Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.

Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.

Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees

Any withdrawal before 11:59pm Central Time on 7-29-2022 will receive full refund minus discgolfscene fees.

Withdrawal from 12:00am Central Time 7-30-2022 to 11:59pm Central Time 8-7-2022 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, competitor will receive 50% refund.

Withdrawal after 12:00am Central Time 8-8-2022 will receive NO refund.

Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack
