There will be many, we are sure. Players need to yield accordingly. We will have several park district people checking this out.

The event is in a public park so there will likely be spectators and some may ask about disc golf. If you have family or friends who want to come they can also enjoy the Japanese Garden, Bobolink Meadow, 63rd St Beach, and The Museum of Science and Industry which are all close by and in the park.

Player Packs will include your choice of disc from a selection provided by Brian Cummings. There will be an assortment of putters/midrange/drivers to help people fill out there bags.
Every division will have trophies for first place, a CTP sponsored by the Paul McBeth Foundation on hole 8. We setup the hole as it was when Paul threw his first toss in Chicago as seen on Jomez Pro. 1-2 additional CTP per division on various holes, and some mystery raffle prizes.

Can’t wait Tommy! I hope the island will be reachable with a 150-170’ shot so it’s reachable by the whole field. At the SSG on that island hole, I might as well have gone straight to the drop zone which didn’t feel so good.

No islands or significant changes to the current layout beyond adding the additional 2 baskets for a full 18.

We are working on increasing the event cap. If you get on the waitlist you will be notified if someone drops or more space is added.

Yes, we will add the layout a week or two before the event. For the tournament we are able to utilize the baseball field and soccer area which the current layout plays around.

I'm not very familiar with the area, are we meeting where the Disc Golf Chicago Expo was located?

The tournament headquarters will be at the Jackson Park Golf Club House: 6401 S Richard’s Dr Chicago IL 60649. When we get closer to the event we will update the best location for parking.
