About this tournament
FlightPlan Disc Golf is proud to present the Bash at the Barn 2025 at Clauder's Bogey Barn near Paola, KS. Come enjoy two rounds at this beautiful private course!
All Amateurs will receive a voucher for merchandise as player's package. Choose from 100's of items including discs, bags, clothing, accessories and more!
All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from FlightPlan Disc Golf and will be available onsite the day of the event or through www.flightplandiscgolf.com. All FlightPlan credits/payouts are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issuance.
All Pro Payouts will be done by check or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).

There will be no in person players meeting. An email will be sent to the address used when registering prior to the event. Please read this email as it will contain all the information needed for the tournament.
Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event by 6pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes prior to tee off to confirm there has been no changes.
FlightPlan will also have a Tech Disc onsite for you to test your skills. In addition to providing feedback on your throwing form, we will be giving prizes for the fastest Am and Pro speeds of the day!
There will be a bathroom available onsite!

Refund policy
FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Any cancellations prior to May 23 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $10.00 Handling Fee, the DG Scene fee, and any sponsorship items, if applicable.
Players who request to withdraw from the event between May 23 and May 29 will receive 75% of their entry fee back, minus the DG Scene fee and will forfeit their players package, if applicable.
Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after May 30 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable.
