Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.

**30 Days Before the Event** - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

**15 to 29 Days Before the Event** - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

**2 to 14 Days Before the Event** - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

**48 Hours Before the Event** - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
