About this tournament
Bartholomew Park is the oldest disc golf course in Texas and is a beloved course to many in the community. The course has been improved over the years by a few very dedicated members of the community, and we want to help them out! Help us raise at least $1,000 for the Bart Club to help them with future course improvements!
This event is a 1-Round XC-Tier Doubles Event
Tee Time Registration:
Each team must select a tee time during registration. Registration closes at 7:00pm CT on Friday, April 25, 2025. Unfilled tee times will be available for day of registration.
Divisions:
Pro Divisions - MPO/FPO
Am Divisions - MA1/FA1
Mixed Men/Women Division - RAH Blue
Layouts:
MPO/MA1 - Long Tees
All other divisions - Short Tees
Course Rules/OB:
If your disc goes out of bounds, you will receive a 1-stroke penalty and you will play from where your disc was last in bounds. The following areas are OB:
- Surrounded by road/concrete and beyond
- Surrounded by creek and beyond (unless otherwise specified)
- Hole specific rules as designated in the caddy book (coming soon)
Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 per player at registration):
$40/player:
-$3 PDGA Fee
-$7 Fundraiser
-$30 Player Pack - Save Bart Innova Disc and Save Bart T-Shirt ($50 retail value)
Trophies
This event is trophy only and there is no payout for this event! Trophies for the winner of each division will be provided by Another Round Austin.
Optional Payout
Each team has the option to register for payout for $10/player. Payout is going to “winner take all.” Pro payout is in the form of cash and am payout is merchandise to Another Round Austin.
Fundraiser Discs and Apparel:
We will have some unique Innova Discs, T-Shirts, and other apparel items for sale during registration and during the event! $5 from each of these sales will be donated to Bart!
Hole Sponsorships:
Hole sponsorships are available for $25/hole! 100% of hole sponsorships will be donated to Bart!
Raffle:
We will have an on-Site raffle which will include a basket, rare/unique discs, and other items! The raffle will be drawn at the end of the event and you do not need to be present to win! A portion of the raffle proceeds will be donated to the Bart Club.
Ace Pot - Starts at $100! If no ace is hit, it will be donated to the fundraiser.

Refund policy
Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.
30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund. 48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
