(2 Round)
The Bailey Park annual 4th of July fundraiser will return for a second year! The majority of the proceeds will be donated to the annual 4th of July celebration Bailey Park hosts yearly along with a portion of the proceeds going back into the Bailey Park Disc Golf fund for future tournaments. What a great way to support your local firework display by playing some glow round disc golf!
Both rounds will be best-shot doubles rounds. The first round will be during daylight hours which will give you a feel for the course if you have never played it before. Better remember all the trees as the second round will be played in the dark!
Don't have a glow disc, no problem! Glow tap will be available for those without glow disc, however, you will need to provide your own flashlight to charge the tape in between shots.
Both rounds will have trophies given to the first-place, second-place, and, third-place teams.
We will have a brief player's meeting to go over the rules prior to the first round. A rules sheet can be found in the About tab.
We WILL be excepting walk-ups the day of the tournament, however, only cash payments will be excepted.
Between rounds, there will be a meal available for purchase. The meal will consist of a smoked pulled pork sandwich, a small bag of chips, and water for $10. CASH PAYMENT ONLY. The proceeds will also go back to the 4th of July fireworks so bring your appetite!
Feeling lucky? There is plenty of Ace run at Bailey Park! There will be an Ace pot that can be paid into at the time of registration for $5. CASH BUY-INS ONLY. Ace pot will be split among all players who hit an ace during any round of the tournament. If no aces are hit, the money will be donated to the 4th of July celebration.
Make sure you are dialed in, CTP (closest to the pin) will be available for buy-ins at registration for $5. CASH BUY-INS ONLY. In both rounds, the CTP will be hole #4 (in the white pin position). Paying the $5 CTP will enter you into both rounds of CTP doubling your chances! The players that win CTP will split 100% of the CTP pot!
