Hello everyone! Thank you for being so patient during this crazy time. This event is happening! We have changed a few things to accommodate as many people as possible and we are required to follow social distancing protocols. Please click on the link above and fill out the waiver if you have not done so already. IT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THIS WAIVER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE EVENT!
We highly recommend wearing a mask to the event.
If you feel sick or have a fever please withdraw from the tournament.
Signs will be placed around tournament central to help space people 6 ft apart.
Wash hands regularly and use hand sanitizer
Do not touch someone else's disc and/or personal belongings.
An important change:
WE HAVE TO MOVE THE EVENT. IT WILL NOW BE AT SWINGING DB'S IN MONCURE NC.
Event Structure:
Saturday June 13th, I will send out an update with the hole you will start on.
Upon your arrival Sunday morning you will check in at registration.
After check in, you will be handed your player pack and allowed to choose a disc.
After you get the player pack, please proceed to your starting hole and wait for the event to begin at 9 am.
After the second round is completed, please return to tournament central and wait for the event to end. When all cards are in and scored, we will immediately jump into winners. We ask that you come up quickly, claim your prize, and go back to your spot or leave the course if you would like.
This event is packed and we are going to do everything we can to provide a great experience as well as following social distancing protocols.
There will not be a player meeting but there will be a lot of information given out prior to the event and during the event. We will have a ton of prizes and raffles! Raffles include, Corn hole boards, 8 x 16 painting, practice basket, autographed disc from Ellen Widboom, and more! Be sure to bring cash or we can also accept cards, paypal, zelle, venmo, and google pay. If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact us.
Plenty of staff will be available during the event to help you with anything you need.
