Good evening Robbie, I need to withdraw as I stepped on a rusty nail this morning and doubt it will be good to walk on so much. Ty sorry

Hi Robbie, I need to withdraw from play. Unfortunately I must travel north to help family affected by the storm this weekend. Please refund my entry fees. Thank you.

BDGA OPEN 2024 players:
Do not try to go play Heritage today 10/8. I just got a call saying they pulled the baskets due to the threat of tornadoes (lol?). Trying to get some answers now and I’ll post another update when I know what’s going on but wanted to save anyone the trouble of getting there and not being able to play your practice round. Sorry for the inconvenience, I’ll let you all know what’s up as soon as I get some answers.
Update: just spoke with park manager, they pulled any unlocked basket as part of storm prep so they aren’t damaged. They will be returned on Friday at the latest. Sorry again for the inconvenience everyone!!
Jake Smallcomb October 7 at 11:45pm
I will need to withdraw if the tournament is still happening this weekend, I was just activated for FPL Storm Duty. If the dates are changed I can stay in.
Robbie Squire October 7 at 8:34pm
Just sent this via email, to anyone that didn't receive: Hi Everyone, we have officially changed parks to Plantation Heritage Park. We made the changes on DGscene and PDGA. We are still keeping the dates of 10/12-10/13 as of now but this still may change since there is a potential for the event being postponed until November. We are still keeping a close eye on the now category 5 Hurricane Milton. Please watch out for updates regarding the tournament since the situation is still pretty flui ... more

**IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE**
Hi BDGA Open Players! We have been keeping a close watch on the storm that is developing in the gulf right now and we’re left with a few options. I went and scouted Snyder on Saturday 10/5 and it’s in pretty bad shape already after getting a lot of rain Saturday morning. Hole 1 is completely under water. 2 and 3 I couldn’t even get to because the road and everything by them is completely under water. 4, 5 and 6 aren’t as bad. 4 is completel ...

Sat/sun update: Hole 1 basket dry fairway a bit of water. Hole 2 tee box flooded. The rest of hole 2 is dry and playable. Wonky way to get to the middle of the fairway about 50 feet in front of blue. Hole 3 dry and playable.
Patrick oneill October 6 at 4:00pm
Thank you for updates on storm. I really hope we can find a course next weekend. Be safe everyone.
John Fernandez October 6 at 12:52pm
I'm new to the area and tried to play the course Saturday (10/5) and hole 1, 2 and 3 are mostly under water. With the weather coming in this week, how will the course play if it doesn't get any better? I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm just curious. Thanks!
Just sent you it again Josh, I’ll post it in a new comment here as well.
Your email bounced Josh but I shared the update on BDGA FB Group as well as above.

If registration is full are you unable to play?
You wont be able to play unless there are 15 drops since you are 15th on the waiting list. The waiting list moves quicker as we get closer to the event. You will be refunded the full amount if the waitlist does not clear and you dont get in.

***TEE PAD CHANGES***
- All players playing WHITE pads will play the short pad on hole 2 & 3!!!
Is this still the case? I see the tee assignments say different, and just wanted to clarify
This is correct but only for the division playing white pads. This does not affect people that play blue pads or red pads.
Jere Yeti Heikkila September 9 at 1:19pm
Good morning, is it possible to move me to MA3?
Margaret Shumate July 21 at 1:38am
Will this be sanctioned?
Robbie, will basket positions change at all for Sunday on the holes that allow it, or will they stay the same as Saturday?
